About Beat Kaestli: A native of Switzerland, Beat Kaestli is a world-class vocalist who has earned global recognition for his rich voice, innovative songwriting, and exceptional musicianship. After moving to New York City in 1993 on a scholarship to the Manhattan School of Music, Beat quickly immersed himself in the jazz scene, collaborating with legends like Jane Monheit, Stefon Harris, and Esperanza Spalding. His performance credits include top venues such as The Blue Note and Birdland, and his unique style has won him praise from critics and fans alike. Beat’s albums, including Far From Home and Invitation, were part of the official 2010 GRAMMY selection, further cementing his place as an influential artist. His 2006 release, Happy, Sad and Satisfied, launched an extensive international touring career, and his 2014 French tribute album Collage and 2016 live CD Live in Europe continue to captivate audiences around the world.
